- Improving quality, enhancing features, and analyzing usage
- Detecting and preventing abuse and ensuring security
- Handling incidents and user inquiries
- Complying with laws and regulations
3. Storage and analysis of Image Data
The operator may store Image Data for the purposes above. Image Data may be analyzed in an aggregated and anonymized form and will not be used to identify individuals. Image Data will be stored only as necessary and the need for retention will be reviewed periodically.
4. Deletion requests
If a user requests deletion of Image Data, the operator will delete it without delay after the user provides information that identifies the target data (for example, the relevant image data, generated images, or URLs).
5. Third-party disclosure
The operator does not provide collected information to third parties except in the following cases.
- With the user's consent
- When required by law
- When necessary to protect life, body, or property and consent is difficult to obtain
- When entrusting processing to contractors within the scope necessary for operation (the operator will supervise appropriately)

The operator takes reasonable security measures but does not guarantee absolute security.
7. Use of external services
This service uses the following external services. These services handle information according to their respective privacy policies.
7-1. Google Analytics
This service uses Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC) to analyze usage and improve the service. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect access information (access date and time, pages viewed, time spent, device and browser information, region information, etc.). This information is collected anonymously and does not identify individuals.

7-2. Cloudflare Turnstile
This service uses Cloudflare Turnstile (provided by Cloudflare, Inc.) for abuse prevention and bot detection. Turnstile analyzes user interaction patterns, device information, IP address, and other signals to determine whether a user is a bot. For details, see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy .
7-3. Image analysis
This service may analyze uploaded images in anonymized form to improve features and understand usage trends. Analysis is performed only for statistical purposes and is not used to identify individuals.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
This service and the external services above use cookies and similar technologies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings (in which case some features may not be available).
9. Changes to this policy
The operator may update this policy as needed. Any changes will be announced on this service.
